Imitation of Christ Spring Ready-to-Wear 2012: THE WEDDING!

Dear Audiences

Wedding is obviously an event that people are much involved with fashion as they have to look for inspiration for what to wear.

Therefore, Imitation of Christ, the fashion brand based in New York, enthusiastically offers us the first-hand experience, by creating the theme of their latest fashion show as the wedding, which I'm so in love!

Exchange the vows!

I love when there's more to witness at the fashion show than the stunning clothes, backdrops, or the front-row people.

Seriously people, you need to check this show out!
I'll be posting the video soon. Will try my best to find it :) Because the motion pictures will make everything more gorgeous.

Givenchy Resort 2012: The Army of Riccardo Tisci.

Dear Audiences

It's not military, but an army style.

Riccardo Tisci aims more on the field work than a charming shining uniform.
This collection inspired from uniform the soldiers wear in daily lives, not in an official event.

The genius designer perfectly combines the masculine-represented clothes with his signature ungirly floral print. So, in summary, this collection is a brilliant mixture of masculinity and femininity.

What beyond the excellence combination is the little detail of items featured with the attires.

" Whistle. "

" Army Cap. "

Never forget the "Tisci's Signature Skirt With Skirt".

Oh. There are so many things to talk about.

The resort of 2012 also introduces us to the newly innovative design, the "Tisci's Knit-Hat-with-Tails Skrit".

Anyway, what I chose some part of the collection to be talking here, so in order to view this marvelous collection please visit the link below.

Stella McCartney Resort 2012: Aloha! Neatness & Ribbons.

Dear Audiences

I was really surprised by Stella McCartney Resort collection.

As I was viewing the collection which started off with the perfectly neatness; simple yet elegant as the usual Stella's style.

Then, it started to get more detailed. But still in the mood of gentleman-ness.
I really love the black&white plain! Very classic.

After, we are through the winter of plain, here come the summer island!

I can imagine the sunlight brightly even with my closed eyes and the heat comes with the sea breeze.

" My favorite. "

And then, it's fall again. Stella brings us back to demureness with black and white, however, with the marvelous ribbons.
I really love the fact that she makes the classic girly elements, like dotties, flowers, and ribbons, to create something different; Ms. McCartney put them with classic-and-fierce color like black, as a result, the pieces become a classic but not sweet lady style.

Christian Dior Fall Couture 2011: The Candy Circus.

Dear Audiences

We thought the house of Christian Dior would hastily find someone to replace John Galliano, but we were wrong.

The fashion house takes it slow, carefully finds the perfect one. This process may take years, undeniably it could be said impossible to find someone who would be at the same level as Galliano, let alone above him.

However, I think the brand would aim for something new, something different.

OK. Let's talk about the collection which had Susanna Venegas and Bill Gaytten bowed at the end of the show.

The collection is some how strange. I wouldn't say I hate it, but certainly I don't love it.
I shall separate the show into four parts.

Candy Floss.
The part is dominated by pastel colors with the strange hats.

Some Pieces of Galliano.
The reason why I name this part like that because there are some materials used here which the infamous designer always loved to use. And, these dresses carry feelings I had always gotten from all those previous collections. Dolly, lovely, very girlish.

The Fierce Tribe.
Completely another collection. You can notice from the hair, make up, and colors.
I love the hair, they are crazy. And they match all those ethnic dresses with the navy-like hats. Cute.

Lunla Couture.
I love this part the most. The dresses are somehow simple, because of the colors, yet over-the-top with the superbly creative hats. LOVE!

SUPER LOVE THIS!

Giambattista Valli Fall Couture 2011: THE FIRST EVER!!!

Dear Audiences

This is Giambattista Valli's debut in the world of couture, and I would definitely give an A+!

Although, this collection is so different, to the extent that I had to look the designer's name up when I was viewing the dresses.
The pieces are so sweet, elegant, and innovative.
From this collection, I've witnessed the perfect combination of some materials which I've never imagined they would go well together.

Leopard & Feathers.
This is so exotic, a great combination indeed. I love the way he painted the feathers in leopard as well, heavenly creative.

Bow & Ruffle.
Both are often used for lady style. However, it seems like no one ever put them together.

Feathers & Lace.
One word, ELEGANT! Superbly.
Before I saw this I would think it would be overabundant for both things to come together, but obviously, it is not. It's just extremely exquisite.
