Finally, the video of Sonia Rykiel's Fall 2011 fashion show is here.

Actually, it's not quite like I imagined but the show is good in its own way.

I love that I could expect something different.

So, watch it if you have time.

If you don't want to see how the models stretch their long legs out from the audience seats, you just have to concentrate on the clothes which are more magnificent in motion. :)

John Galliano Fall 2011 Ready to Wear: I LOVE EVERYTHING!

Dear Audiences

I've read some prediction saying this collection might be the finale of John Galliano.

His career at Christian Dior might not have a next episode, but will his very own fashion house come to an end too? It was a sad question, sad that we even have to doubt it.

This collection consists of 20 garments in total. Even though they are not extreme, and carry no big piece as always. But, I would say I love them all. Every single one of them.

Look at the shoes! They are killing! LOVE!

Givenchy Fall 2011 Ready to Wear: The Violet Pansy and The Pack of Wolves.

Dear Audiences

I so love this collection of the house of Givenchy.

The stage is like a flower garden, which I assume that this violet flower is called pansy. But I'm not sure, not at all.

Never mind. Let's talk about the collection then.

This season Riccardo Tisci created a remarkable design of skirt. 

These skirts with sub-skirt are absolutely fabulous! I've seen this type of skirt before but it's nothing like these. Nothing fashionable like these.


Next up is wolves! 
I've never imagined the wolf to be 'in' for fashion before. Thought the vampire is the only mythical creature that can be trendy.

Vivienne Westwood Fall 2011 Ready to Wear: Ethnic Gold Rush.

Dear Audiences

It's all golden at Vivienne Westwood 's show, from the runway to the clothes.

The clothes are marvelous as always, but what special for this collection is a Thai model, Phitsinee Tanwiboon (Si), walked the runway!

Called me bias. I'm nationalism, people. #ThaiPride

I'm happy for her and the whole nation for finally, after many tries, we did it! Thai model walks the Paris Fashion Week.

Actually, Si was in many shows last season, for example, John Paul Gaultier and Louis Vuitton.

This is such a huge step for the Thai fashion industry. It proves that we can proudly stand in the world stage.

OK. Back to the collection. I think there are a lot of ethnic feel. 

Maybe the collection is inspired from the gold mining which is plentiful in Africa.
